Downloading Instructions

Delivery is by a download link in your confirmation email (which typically arrives in 1-5 minutes, but has taken as long as 9 minutes). Alternatively, registered users can access the download link by clicking the My Account button in the gray bar at the top of each page. The download link in My Account doesn't show up until the confirmation email is sent, so it's the same 1-9 minute wait.

There are many internet browsers, all of which have multiple options for various preferences that can affect your download. Below are some common issues.

We will email your cartoons to you if you prefer.

1. Netscape/FireFox:

(a) Click on the DOWNLOAD button with the left button of your mouse.

(b) Depending on your computer, you will probably be asked to open or save the high resolution file. Choose "Save" and select the appropriate folder on your computer. Alternatively, you may select "Open", but your computer will open whatever you've set as your default image program for .jpg files (PhotoShop, Microsoft Image Viewer, etc.), so you will still need to Copy or Save as appropriate in that program.

(c) If you have trouble, email [email protected] with the cartoon names or numbers and we'll send the cartoons to you by email attachment. Or, call 619-297-4001 from 9-5 Pacific Time and we'll walk you through it.

2. Internet Explorer:

(a) Click on the DOWNLOAD button with the left button of your mouse.

 (b) Depending on your computer, the high resolution file will download to a orange bar in the lower middle part of your screen.

3. Chrome:

 (b) Depending on your computer, the high resolution file will download to a box in the lower left part of your screen. If you click on the cartoon ID (three letters followed by three number), the image will appear in your computer's default software for displaying JPG file format (PhotoShop, Microsoft Image Viewer, etc.). Choose "Save" in your program and select the appropriate folder on your computer.
